Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the CaribHubs marketplace (caribhubs.com, our mobile apps, APIs, and anything we offer, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18+ to create a buyer account, and a registered business in one of our supported countries to create a seller account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe; tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

CaribHubs is a marketplace. Sellers list their own goods and are responsible for descriptions, photos, and fulfillment. CaribHubs facilitates payment, dispute resolution, and buyer protection on every eligible order (detailed in our Buyer Protection policy).

Sellers agree to the Seller Agreement incorporated by reference. Fees: 8% platform fee on the item subtotal, plus standard payment processing (2.9% + EC$0.50). Payouts are weekly to your registered bank or mobile-money wallet.

You may not list or sell: firearms, narcotics, recalled consumer goods, counterfeit items, live animals, human remains, items sanctioned under Caribbean Community (CARICOM) rules, or anything otherwise illegal in the seller's or buyer's country.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant CaribHubs a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it in connection with operating the Service. We respect IP rights and respond to valid DMCA-style takedown notices — see our IP Policy.
